Review requests

Early access

Every clean pool asks for the review.

A young pool company gets picked off its Google reviews, and the best moment to ask is the day after a great visit. PoolBase will ask automatically, so the reviews come in on their own. Launching this fall; companies on a plan get it first.

01

The ask

Early access

A text the morning after the visit.

When a tech completes a visit, the customer already gets the service report with readings and photos. Review requests ride the same rails: the next morning, the customer gets a short text with your Google review link and the tech's name. Close to the visit, personal, and easy to act on from the phone it arrived on.

  • Sends the morning after a completed visit
  • Your Google review link, with the tech's name in the message
  • Message copy is yours to edit

02

The guardrails

Early access

Asked at the right moments.

Review requests stay welcome because they stay rare. Each customer is asked at most once per season, new customers are asked after their first few visits land well, and anyone who has already left a review is simply thanked.

  • At most one ask per customer per season
  • New customers asked after the first visits, when the impression is fresh
  • One ask per customer per season, tracked automatically

03

The payoff

Early access

Reviews build the route.

Reviews feed the same funnel the rest of PoolBase works: a homeowner finds you on Google, hits your lead capture form, and lands in a sequence. The review request is the last step of one job and the first step of the next one.

  • Requests tracked per customer on the record
  • Pairs with the hosted quote form on your Google profile
