Next to every Text button and on the campaign composer there is Draft with AI. It reads the customer's record (their pool, the last visit, the open quote, what they asked for) and writes the message in your company's name. You read it, change a word if you want, and send it from your own phone or the composer.

Texts from your phone
The text is written. One tap opens it in Messages.
On the way to a stop, done with a visit, sending a quote, checking in on a customer: PoolBase writes the text with the right name, the right link, and one useful detail from the visit, then opens it in your phone's messaging app with the number and message filled in. It goes out from your number, so replies come back to you. No carrier registration, no per-message fees, and nothing ever sends without you.

The new-lead sequence puts call and text tasks on your list with a suggested script. Draft with AI turns the script into a message about what this homeowner actually asked for: their request from the quote form, how long ago they reached out, and what you last said to them. Call tasks get talking points instead of a script to read aloud.

Campaigns from a brief
Say what it's about. Get the email.
On the campaign composer, type a line like "opening season is booking up, offer past customers an early spot" and the assistant writes the subject and the message for that audience, in your company's voice, with your services and service area in mind. If you've already typed a draft, it rewrites yours instead.

The guardrails
Only your facts. Always your send.
The assistant is given the record and nothing else: it never invents a price, a date, a reading, or a promise, and it never sends. Every draft appears in a box you read and edit first. Drafts are included with every plan, with a monthly allowance that grows by tier, and you can switch the assistant off for your company in Settings.
